WHAT IS THE COST FOR SERVICES? 

We offer an array of services to meet every need and since your home and your preferences are one of a kind, we'll customize a plan tailored to your expectation.  Cost of services is based your personal requirements. After an initial visit and consultation we will generate a proposal for you

WOULD YOU CONSIDER A CONCIERGE SERVICE ONLY PACKAGE?

We are well connected professionals, some are former Concierge and Les clefs d'or members, we pride ourselves in providing exclusive best in class service to our homeowners. We are not offering personal concierge service Ala carte at this time.  

DO I HAVE AN ASSIGNED HOUSE MANAGER?

At Reserve Access Hawaii, we work as a team however your home will have an assigned Operations Manager to oversee the details.  

WILL YOU WORK WITH MY CURRENT STAFF & VENDORS?

We will absolutely work with your current staff and vendors.  Ensuring a high level of excellence is our goal, therefore we will communicate and manage your expectations with finesse.

WOULD YOU MANAGE MY SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL? 

Vacation Rentals and Short Term Rental Management are not currently being offered at this time.  

Will I get updates on project status and house progress?

You decide how much information and how often you'd like to hear from us.  We develop processes where you can access information such as completed tasks, real time itinerary, project status, walk through reports and more.  If you prefer we can also have it delivered to your inbox daily or weekly.
